(Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We cannot fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used.

These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment.)

we ship orders Monday- Friday through USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days. orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once orders are made orders can not be altered or changed once your payment is completed. We are more than happy to accommodate a equal exchange from the selection we have on hand within 24 hours of you receiving your package and us receiving the goods back. You must contact and speak with us 202-412-2222. The package you received your items in must not be opened nor tampered with at all! Over here at Legendary Hair and Co we take extreme hygienic procation. We will refuse the exchange if for any reason we feel its not being done in good nature or does not meet return deadline or if it conflicts with our policies or if we currently do not have a equally valued exchange item on hand. There will be no refunds. our vendors that we use have been picked very carefully. All sales are final on custom orders and any opened packages. Please ensure that all of your contact information and shipping information is correct when submitting your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. The price of shipping and handling for your purchased items will be displayed at checkout. Legendary Hair & Co ships world wide to include other US territories and APO/FPO/DPO. For addresses out of the US it is normal for shipping to take 15-20 business days or even more. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase please contact us immediately to let us know so
